Take the guesswork out of managing customer relationships with a "Smart" CRM backed by advanced AI-powered algorithms that help you supercharge your sales and marketing efforts and make smarter, more informed business decisions.
The contacts can be created manually, imported, or added automatically from a campaign. For example, when a lead submits information through a page built into your Launch OS account, the information submitted will be recorded both in the People App and in the Contacts tab of a page within these Launch OS apps: Sites, Funnels, and Pages. You can also view, add, and manage contacts in both.
If you connected a 3rd-party CRM to your page, the contact details from the submitted form will also be forwarded to your CRM aside from recording them in the Launch OS People App. Here is an article on How to Connect a Page to an Autoresponder / Email Provider and Capture Leads.
Creating a Single Contact
To manually create a new contact, you can either click the [+] icon at the top-left navigation of the contact list or click the [+Create a Contact] button at the upper-right corner of your screen (People App).

To search for contacts and filter results, click the [Filter] icon at the top-left navigation of the contact list. You can select fields and conditions, and then add values.

Importing or Exporting a Contact
Before importing your list (CSV format), make sure that the first row in your CSV file has any of the headers spelled exactly like in the list below so that the system will be able to match the contact’s information with the right fields in the CRM:
-
First Name (not First_Name, FirstName, 1st Name, Name, etc)
-
Last Name (not Last_Name, LastName, etc)
-
Email (not email ad, email address, etc)
-
Address (not address line 1, full address, etc)
-
City
-
State
-
Country
-
Username (not user name, user_name, etc)
-
Zipcode (not zip code, zip, etc)
-

Note: You don't need to include all headers in the list. Include only the information you have. Just make sure the header spelling is correct.
