In this guide, we'll walk you through a step-by-step process to effectively integrate Launch OS with a 3rd-party tool.
Integration involves linking various systems to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance productivity by facilitating data sharing and automation. For instance, integrating a CRM system with an email marketing platform enables automatic customer data synchronization and targeted campaigns.
To integrate a third-party tool with your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: At the upper left corner of your screen, click the dropdown icon (˅) beside your account name.
Step 2: In the expanded menu, select "Integrations."
You will see a list of pre-built third-party integration tools.
In this example, we will use Active Campaign, a CRM platform with marketing automation tools. Here are other autoresponders we can integrate with Launch OS.
Step 3: At the rightmost portion of your chosen tool, toggle to start setting up the integration.
A pop-up will appear. Make sure you are logged in to your chosen tool and get the API Key. An API key is a unique identifier used to authenticate requests made to an API.
Step 4: Enter Credentials
Fill in the "API Setting" by entering the "API Key" from your chosen tool and then, enter the "Account name", this will be your unique name for this integration.
For a step-by-step guide on locating the API in some 3rd-party tools that we can integrate with Launch OS, click here. (insert collection of API KBs link)
Step 5: Save settings
Once entered, click "[OK]" to complete the setup.
Edit Integration Settings
Once set up, a new option "Edit settings" will appear, along with three dots for more menu options.
Deleting Integration
Note that when you delete an integration, all connections between Launch OS and the tool will be disconnected.
To delete the integration, click "Delete."
Click "OK" to confirm deletion.
That's it! Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate tools with Launch OS.
IMPORTANT:
We recommend testing the settings multiple times under various scenarios to confirm the reliability of the connection. This ensures that data is transferred accurately and workflows function as expected.
If your desired tool is not listed in the prebuilt third-party automation options, you can still connect it by adding Custom Webhooks. This article will walk you through it: Launch OS Custom Webhooks.
